    如题。

    我观察了下发觉目前在路上跑的车越来越多，空车越来越多。

    随便招手不怕拦不到。

    目前上海TEXI起步费12元，每公里2.4元，过10公里自动按3.6元一公里计算，也就是乘1.5

    如此昂贵的出租，自然缓解了上海市打车难的问题。

    那么到2010年，出租车公司不但可以多赚钱，还可以更好的服务于世博会。

    实在是太伟大了，谁的构思？佩服佩服！！
