Like the way these are lined up? What are they? They're colored beads.

The little one got it in her head to "plant" flowers and vegetables and she needed my help to get them into neat, straight rows following the rainbow color scheme (and a little extra). Girls usually like order.

Sing it with me! "Red, orange, yellowww, green, blue, purple;  those are the rainbow colors."

She added the sprinklers. Those would be the blue beads on the brown wood of the kiddie chairs.

A nice, quiet activity with a girl who isn't normally quiet (or nice ). It was relaxing for both of us at the end of a day.

The beads are so pretty. Good that your girls have some interest in doing some quiet activities.

This is so much more creative then what a lot of kids do these days, my nephews are 3 and 6, they just watch tv , and play videogames. I think it's important to not forget creativity. I love this idea from you and your daughter.

your little girl is a patient kiddo =)

they are very pretty, at first look they resemble the earring stubs for sale in shops!
then the thought running in my mind was, wow - you brought too many similar earrings!!
    silly me =P

Very neat and orderly.  How much of this was you and how much was her?  Does she have a need for order?  I was a neat freak at an early age.
