I've got a list as long as my arms, it comes with the accident prone territory.
Sounds like you've had a few yourself too Peachey!

My worst was probably spending the day at work, travelling and doing pub checks, and not realising the zip on my trousers was down, I manage to do this trick quite regularly, but It's even more embarrassing when i'm trying to tell people off.

actually reading my write/right typo below reminds me of one - a pubic/public typo that I failed to pick up in a report to the Select Committee when I was working at Parliament (donkey's yonks ago) and they all laughed.  oops

Is there a blog comment length limit?  lol

The worst has to be passing out at a fraternity party.  I had hardly anything to drink but the combination of the little I had and a 48 hour flu thing had me crashing, face first, into a brick wall.  I knew I was going too.  And I couldn't stop it.  Had I stayed conscious it probably would've been one of my most embarrassing moments.

I wouldn't be embarrassed now, but back in high school the class was taking a final, it was quiet as could be & my stomach kept growling with hunger. I mean really growling. It started cracking ppl up & I turned so red my face was on fire. Now I'd just laugh along with everyone else.

Lol, here's a good one.  Was at a dance competition in college,  held in a gym with the ballroom dancers going in circle and tables on the outlining perimeter.  Was talking to people, and decided after standing for a while to put my hands on the back of a folding chair and my knees on the seat.  Well, folding chair didn't like it and proceeded to snap shut.  This effectively pinned me IN THE CHAIR, which then proceeded to fall on my dancer partner's foot.  He was yelped in pain, but I couldn't move the chair cause I was pinned in it.  Let's just say the entire gym became our audience.... yeah... [i no-heart folding chairs]

Embarrassed myself by giving, what I thought, was a boring and drab presentation to a crowd of 300. Or tearing up in front of my boss. Or not realizing until much later that my bra was very visible through my top due to the weird lighting at a little club.
