Computer Game Obsession – The Condition podcast, Chucky Egg and Unintentional Luddites
Hey guys, this week’s episode of The Condition podcast is now up online. In it I question Dave about computer games, how people become obsessed with them, and why they are so addictive.
We also talk about old computer systems, Chucky Egg, good marketing slogans for Hooters and exploding coffee makers.
As many of you know, I am usually somewhat behind on technological advancement. When I was a kid, I was still rocking the Commodore 64 once all the other kids had received their Christmas gift of a Playstation 1. It never bothered me one bit. I never minded not having an up to date computer console because I was more interested in exploring the woods behind my house, talking to real people and playing football. Still I feel like an unintentional Luddite at times.
This is by far one of the funniest episodes we’ve done so far. Apologies for the sound (I sound far away), we only had one mic, but Dave was on form and you can hear him very clearly. Head to the podcast tab on this page or
