Here are some neat pictures of my Transformers artwork tattooed on a guy's chest and arms. This guy has some serious ink work on him and actually like the color choices.

I just love shopping in Hong Kong and all of the wonderful things you can find in small back alley toy shops. Check out this really cool Optimus Pri... Wait a second. That's not Optimus Prime that's a knock off! But a damn pretty good one if you ask me. It even has a unique colorway blue mouth plate and chech that out - it also has a blue matrix in his chest and hey look at that, they even threw my artwork on the packaging.

I also love how they added all the Japanese text in there - straight rip from the original packaging. Hmm nope - no Takara logo. A friend of mine sent me this DVD from Toronto with my artwork of Optimus Prime on it - Transformers Energon Episodes. One of my favorite TF pieces I've done in the past.

If you are into fine art you should really check out the HK Gallery event they have each year. This years event just passed and they had some really nice pieces there - From Takashi Murakami, Damien Hirst to legendary artists such as Van Goh - it's probably the closest you will get to some of these original pieces in HK except for a few galleries.

Here is a Damien Hirst Piece using a spin wheel to capture the effect. This piece is probably way up a few hundred thousand dollars if not more.

This is a Diamond Dust Damien Hirst print 1000 units each and was going for about $1,400usd. Have to say, it was well worth it. The diamonds dust was coated on top of the print giving a diamond look to the piece and stood about 9x11".

Here are a few of Damien's butterfly pieces. This piece was about 6 feet in height. Damien has his own butterfly farm in Mexico and breeds them there for his paintings. Don't worry - he doesn't breed humans to produce his painted skulls! :)

Here's a piece of Murakami. The original was very nicely done and if you look at the original up close, it's flawless. This one was sold for $500,000 usd.

Murakami original LV pattern on Canvas (Acrylic) Tightly executed.

I thought this piece was very interesting. The sculpting is very detailed, nice cast.

Just bought a new VisVim bag Visvim has some really nice pieces - very clean cut and simple. Fits the mac laptops perfectly.

Chris and I hard at work. Got lots of crazy things going on that we are developing together so stay tuned.

I just got these nicely executed Daft Punk Bear Bricks. Awesome packaging, the box was hugenormous. Solid product. Heh you can see my Jazz Transformer in the background @_@.

Back to skateboarding. Been a skater since I was 13 years old. Had the Lanz, Mark Gonzales, Vision Psycho Stick and my favorite - mini Caballero. I'm ancient haha I remember the Animal Chin days with Tony Hawk and the gang on VHS where we use to watch it over and over again.

Lately I've been working on our film project, client projects, my personal gallery and comics - will be heading to Japan pretty soon and looking forward to it.

Wish all of you continued success and peace be with you all.

    Hey Folks,

Before leaving Toronto we celebrated my niece's 4th birthday. She is such a princess. Here is a picture of her blowing out the candles haha! Like puff the magic dragon. POOF! There was an error in my flight coming back to HK - due to some miscommunications with the travel agency, but luckily that happened as I had to finalize some development work for client in Toronto.

It was time to leave Toronto and head back to Hong Kong for a bit. Will be traveling to Japan soon - I can't wait for that - business as usual but looking forward to hit a few local shops while I'm there and pick up some toys/art etc. whatever my eyes flare for. Japan is scary cause you come back with an empty wallet, just too many things to buy there.

Currently, I've been pummeling away on the ORIUS comic book. This chapter is a ton of fun because it's where all the answers start clicking into place. The next chapter of Orius will be coming out shortly online and we'll let everyone know when it does! Hasn't hit the US market yet, waiting to complete the entire series first - but really excited about reading the series with all the artwork when it's complete!

We just updated the www.patleeproductions.com website. I wanted to go with the UFO theme. I'm happy with out the flash elements turned out with the ufos zipping around. Check it out when you get a chance to. ;)

Been swamped mostly working on ORIUS since it's coming to conclusion and have been holding quite a number of meetings with our film project - which will become a comic book as well in the near future. We're on 4th draft of the screenplay and it's coming along nicely. Great thing is that it gets better and better each passing revision - a lot of work, but definitely worth it.

I'm starting to collect other artist's artwork now. The most recent one I got was an original SheOne piece. Looking to get a KAWS piece in the future - that would be sweet. Been at GarageWorks quite often working on something interesting.

My vacation was super nice - and always great to see my family back at home. Till the next time, take care, peace, love and prosperity.

    Howdy,

Here are some pictures of the SHEONE event before i left to Toronto.

Next day I flew out to Toronto. At first it wasn't so bad - looked like spring was right around the corner here but that changed quite quickly and rapidly. I think the plane ride was around 15 hours which was incredibly long and exhausting, but well worth the wait to see family.

On our way home from the Airport. Weather was pretty clear but wait....

HoLy it's fah fah fahreeezing on this end of T.O ... @_@!!!

Yes that is a bum on my T-Shirt.. I love this shirt.

Here is CALEB, super excited - haven't seen him for quite some time now! It's nice to come home to one of my pups - he was super excited to see me hah! Yes yes, he loves to play with socks.

Here is my dog trying to play "hiding go seek". Mmm... Yup, it's obviously not working for him... Poor fella.

Here is my lil Niece with her best friend - which is on the left. They are both very ADORABLE.

This is what happens when you accidently take a 2 year old's spoon! Not my fault your using adult spoons dude! Well - I wasn't using it but he "claims" it's his. I think he actually looks like the Ron English GRIN toy here. :) his head shape is like Charlie Brown.

So it started snowing like crazy.. The weather here is really insane.

Just look at these poor kids walking home.

So far that's my Toronto trip so far! Looking forward to heading to HK again but will miss all this winter wonderland!! it's always nice to see family ofcourse and the dogs - Looking forward to heading back to Asia though.

    PeAce Everyone and God Bless.
