    05/07/08 was MAsquer big day
Woke up at 6pm... 17 missed call
I was very very sick... flu....
rushed to studio meeted up Gould , Mann and Cain, as usual I was the last person to reached.
Felt like dying the whole journey there then met up with
    Liam.

Fringe club, a place i had bad experience before because we did a very very bad show last year.
But after another year experience, it's time to stand on the same stage.
We did 7 songs (40mins) set... the place are full of Caucasian and we were the only band did cantonese songs.
I was very very worried how the outcome goes..

In the end, things went smoothly, I saw the crowds enjoying, head banging..
overall I am pretty happy with myself and my band..
Just need more fine tuning with my effects.
and if i wasn't that sick, I swear i can do better!!!

I met lots of AnD members

    Happy AnD family!!!!

    this is too formal....

This is much better!!! 'the one behind my fingers is kevin from KillerSoap!

    NEED MORE REST TO RECOVER!!!!

PS: Recently I found a very beautiful voice in my working place. I am going to force her to sing my song, of cos i will write a song that will suit her voice, also I will be involve in the lyrics this time... can't wait~

What is it with native English speakers who always want to be able to understand the lyrics of the songs they are listening to?  For the rest of the world, it just isn't that way.  For the past 40 years, pop and rock has predominantly been an export of English-speaking countries to the rest of the world.  Young people all over the world are listening to a lot of the same music, and it has been predominantly in English.  It is about time the shoe was on the other foot and us English-speakers got a taste of music in a language we don't understand.  It is a humbling, but also liberating experience.  I have been devouring the music of Anthony Wong Yiu Ming in recent weeks.  My Cantonese is too rudimentary to really understand what he's singing, even though I can tell that the lyrics are important.  Someday, I'll know enough Cantonese to understand them.  But, in the meantime, I still love his music, mystery lyrics and all.
