    Thanks, Seeker.  China is rapidly changing... so is Hong Kong.  There's some cities in the states that are changing as well.  DC and Baltimore are a couple of examples that I can think of...

    I visited China for 2 weeks in 1999, mostly the Mainland, Hong Kong for only 3 days & there was a typhoon blowing thru on one of them. The bird market, Victoria's Peak, and a night cruise on Victoria Harbor is about all I recall. Visions of the Mainland were still dancing in my head & I don't think I appreciated HK as much as I might if I saw it now. Thanks for sharing these pics, gave me a whole new view of the city. I think you take great pics btw.

    It was taken with a Canon PowerShot A520... just another point and shoot digital camera.
