  • My name is OHM. I am an artist at heart. I love all forms of art, but am only good at photgraphy and film.

I speak my mind most of the times. I am here to share my visions, and hopefully to make friends.

If you would like to know me, look at my photographs. And if you still don't understand me, then please ask.

I promise you I am sweet and kind and caring.. except for when I am being pushed, then my bitch comes out and raises hell..

    :-)

    Still want to know me???

    Hello all,

This past weekend was quite an eventful one for me...

Saturday was my dad's cremation day. He received the king's cremation ceremonial one because he was a judge and had received some honorable badge from the king for that. It was quite a mournful event for me, knowing that it was the end of the chapter and had put a complete closure to me. My mother and siter cried, and almost fainted...which was heart-breaking.

Sunday, we brought his ashes to be floated onto the river and to let go of his spirit. It was a Buddhist tradition to do so. So the whole family went to Chao praya river, the main river of Thailand. Many families were there to do the same thing. We rented a ferry boat to take us out , 30 minutes from the pier.. then we said good bye to our dad, and let go of him...

The memory and feeling of having/not having someone is quite complicated.. it mixes with happiness, sadness, and some other indescrible feelings.

At least on my end here, I have done my part and I am sure my dad is in a better, happier place. I guess the rest of us is waiting for our turn to leave this world and people whom we love and cherish.

I am not sure if there is any point to this, except for that life is fragile, and to cherish the moment with our loved ones... before its too late.

Ok, onto a more joyful matter, I shot this new model, Rafael, brazillian-japanese model and I just got the images back...So here they are, a couple of pics from the shoot.

    what do you guys think?

    Until then,

    ohm

So, he has a girlfriend.  Sucks for you, dear.  But now you know how women feel when they discover that the really hot and friendly guy they were having such a good time talking to is gay. :-)  Has happened to me, and every woman I know, at least once.  You curse the universe for its perverse sense of humor on those days.

I'll email you about your travel itinerary when I get home tonight.

What is there to say about the loss of a loved one?  I'm right there with you.  If you need to talk, you know where I am.  Hug!

Your new model is smokin'.  The mix of South American and Asian (especially Japanese) isn't all that unusual in Latin America.  Barbara Mori, one of their biggest stars, has a Japanese grandparent and Ana Gabriel, the big Mexican singing star, is half-Japanese.  Mixes nicely with the indigenous and European elements.  This boy looks intelligent, too, which is a plus.  (Poor guy, here I am discussing him like he's some physical object.  But I do get a sense that he has an inner life.  I'd love to see you bring that out in more photos.)
