Well... im finding nice and cheap buffet. I went to the Harbor City one. i took program 2. which have shark fin, beijing duck and chili crab free. a list of food u can choose.. a person is around 38!
i think is worth! and the service is good. the waitress that serve me is very polite.
she recommand us the best food and is really NICE!!!!
i brought my mum, dad and my sis along. we was so so so so so full to order more.
but i think is best to bring alot of people there to eat!!! is like eating 10 course meal!!!
there hong kong mee and fried rice is YUMMY... i didnt took photo. but i gave 3.5/5
i think should go and have a try.

I haven't been blog for a log time. Sorry for those who waiting. (Although i know there is NONE) whahahah...
Alright... Today Lesson will be what is MENSTRUAL??
Girls should know as they come every month. Although some of the girls don't come very often.
but. AT LEAST. A woman minimal should come 4 times a year. but normal girl will have 12 times a year!

Menstruation is also called menstrual bleeding, menses, a period or catamenia.
most people call menses. not a lot of people i know call them Caramenia. even i don't know can be call like this.
When Menses come mean you are not Pregnant. but not always true la.. if u have SEX and then u EXPECTED to be pregnant (like not using condom and eating pills) there is sometimes u will bleed too. As pregnant lady will still bleed. but like Single woman (like me again) will have menses and i know IM NOT PREGNANT.
Regular menstruation that lasts for a few days. like 3days, 5 days some will last till 7days.
The average blood loss during menstruation is 35 milliliters with 10–80 ml.. this is considered normal... PLEASE DON'T EVER THINK TO DONATE BLOOD USING YOUR MENSES.
Cramping in the abdomen, back, or upper thighs is common during the first few days of menstruation. So girls... we can just accept it!!! but not all girls will get pain every time their menses come. so not to worry so much...
Well... this is what i will say about the Menses Problem... this is the basic one.. slowly i will post more about ABNORMAL MENSTRUAL.

it have been a tiring week this week... although monday is a holiday...
anyway.. i went to some one wedding yesterday at M hotel located near Tajong Paga. (i think i spell wrong)
Is ERIC & NICOLE 's wedding! a nursing friend of my sister... dunno why am i invited too. but... not bad.. i wore a black dress.. But... i have school in the morning. so i have to wear that BLACK dress to SCHOOL!!! OMG~~~
1st time wearing dress to school. as im not a person who like wearing skirt. haizzz.. what to do.. cant expect me wear t-shirt and pants to people wedding at HOTEL!!! i end school at 3plus. meet my sister at 1 Raffle Quay to have coffee at THE COFFEE CLUB.. i ate a dessert which is so beautiful that i dont know how to start.. so my sis ate it first.
Taste so good... YUMMY!!! but i think i forgot the name!! heeee... we cit-chatting about how she is bully by the police in the moring...
As Eric is police and Nicole is Nurse. so the Brother are the Police and Sister are the nurses!!! so morning... was a WAR between the Nurses and Polices. they have fun making the Police to dance pole dance.. hahaa... i can hear that they have fun that morning!
around 6 we reach M hotel... None of the sister are here yet. only a few brother. My sis intro me to a few police who also came from SP(SURE PASS). we had great time talking... haha... Due to people reaching early.. i became the one who tell the guest which table no they going to sit. anyway... everything went smoothly. YEAH.. great food. and was impress by the in-charge. He is calm and Pro!!! if anyone want to get married can find him!!! strongly recommend him!!! he worth 4Star!!!
the food are alright... Prawns is big and fresh.. yummy.. after dinner went to the bride room... hee hee hee... going to mess 洞房！！！no la.. we not that bad la... we left around 11plus.. DUE TO EVERYONE is TIRED!!! went home and sleep like a PIG... woke up at 11 plus!!! heee... then hannah told me a SHOCKING NEWS!! about Linda and Ah Ma! i dont really feel telling in detail... i think Poor Linda is gonna be 负心人liao. I really thinks that the family sld not blame linda... Since the letters and flower linda really didnt receive it! cant blame her too...

I watch 2 times... is nice, simple and straightforward!!!Really can see Rumer Wills in the tortoise shell! and seeing all the actress not being themselves!! is funny how Shelly(Anna Faris) change each and everyone!The story is essentially about a Playboy Bunny who gets kicked out of Playboy Mansion for being supposedly "old". Apparently, being a 27-year-old is like 59 in bunny years - well at least it's not as bad as dog years! Fate then brings her to teach an awkward group of college girls from the sorority house called Zeta about the opposite sex as they try to become popular enough to reach the minimum amount of 30 pledges needed to keep their sorority house. By being popular, it means to dress up as sexily as you can to get the attention of the opposite sex.
One of the funniest characters to watch out for is Carrie Mae played by Dana Goodman as she tried twice to get a guy's attention in a club with her "kinky" pick up lines and "seductive" movements. She sure did grab his attention, but in a way that will certainly leave you wanting her to hit on more guys.
Packed with comical lines, it definitely makes an entertaining watch (if you're not so much into the skimpily clad girls or over-revealing cleavages on offer). The story is stitched together with hilarious lines such as "I love charity. One time, I even let Bob Saget grind on me" and "The eyes are the nipples of the face".
Clearly in the end, the moral of the story is - to be yourself; and it's what's on the inside that matters. This obvious lesson brought up by Shelley absolutely contradicts the first three quarters of the movie as it focuses on the girls baring their breasts and looking like prostitutes.
Please dont think THIS SHOW IS R(A)... is PG(13)!!!!!!!!

We book our rooms and when we went in.. just went in around 10 min... NO MORE Electricity!!! BLACK OUT!!!! 1st time SP black out!!! Interesting!! everyone is so excited about it... everyone start to take photo... hahaha...
now all are crazy... hahaha...
mostly is Alina and hui ting... they totally CRAZY already!!! hahaha...
