What is Low Blood count???
and why i choose to blog this?
recently im not feeling well. having headache and stomach cramp. i never had cramp when i come menstrual. recently, my menstrual came early and it come with pain. i didnt know how cramp feels like so i tot i was just having stomach ache. but the pain are like on and off. which make it very tired. my sister say im gonna fall sick. i ask a few people about cramp they have. some say is on and off, some say they will cramp for 3 hours and it will be gone. but... mine is on and off for 3 days already. i dunno will it be more. since is my 3rd day today. yesterday was the worst. i was suppose to meet steph and miss lim for a outing. i was half way and my stomach cramp came and my vison become very blur. for instance i know i need to rest. i went to the nearest sitting area and had some rest. after the rest, i contiune my jounary to meet steph. she say i have pale face. im sweating but i know is not that im feeling hot but is my enduarance for the pain. i feeel pain but thanks to Miss Lim and Steph for trying their best to distract the pain with their joke and talking.

after i came home i found out my menstraul blood is not alot. most people 2nd blood will be alot. but mine doesnt have alot. i feeling weird. so i cousult my sister. she say i MIGHT have low blood count. she look at my eye and see that are a bit pale. she suggest for a blood count test. but i havent do it yet. as i think i sld be ALRIGHT today. so today the blood didnt come alot. making me feeel weird and weird. so today i shall tell u all more about LOW BLOOD COUNT.
What are low blood counts?
Many of the
chemotherapy drugs temporarily stop cells from dividing, especially the
cells that divide quickly. Blood cells; red blood cells, white blood
cells and platelets are made by the bone marrow. These blood cells
divide quickly. Chemotherapy may lead to low blood counts, causing the
possibility of a variety of symptoms. The symptoms depend on the type
of low blood cell count.
LOW RED BLOOD CELL COUNT (Anemia, low hemoglobin, low hematocrit)
Red blood cells carry oxygen and nutrients throughout the body. A
complete blood count (CBC) is a blood test used to check your blood
count. The RBC, hemoglobin, and hematocrit are tests to see if you
have low red blood count.
When you have low red blood cell count you may feel:
- Fatigued
- Weak
- Short of breath
- Increase in your heart rate
- Dizzy or lightheaded when you change positions quickly
If you suffer from low red blood cell count, you may experience:
- Headaches
- Chest Pain
- Pale skin
