Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've written anything. Time just passes quickly. Just been busy with work (trying to keep busy) and then time with family at home. I'll write more when I can, but the usual has been going on in the past couple of months. 3 weeks ago, we went to Disneyland...again. It's our 6th time since December 2006...that makes it...6 times in 2 years and 5 months. We're going again in December, much has changed there since the last time we were there. Now, We've all been battling a cold...no Swine Flu, thank goodness. Can't believe we're half way through May...which is almost half way through the year!!! Our little girl will be going to Kindergarten in 3 months!!! Our little guy is talking more and more now...Mind-blowing!!! Will write more later.

Didn't even know...Tim Lincecum 2008 NL Cy Young Winner is "half-Asian"... After yesterday's home opener, he didn't fare well during the game (we won, though). So, after the game interview:
Lincecum was rattled enough that he mixed up his food axioms after the game.
Lincecum proved to be unintentionally amusing as he expressed his intent to maintain perspective.
"I'll try to take it with a grain of rice and move on," he said.
Rice?
"Rice, salt, whatever. I'm half-Asian," Lincecum said.
Turns out that his mom is Filipina. Cool, eh!

Was working and got a call from the wifey, acfourten, she was shouting into the phone saying, "I NEED YOU, I'M GOING TO FAINT, I'M GOING TO PASS OUT!!! I HAVE DAI DAI WITH ME!!! I'VE PULLED OVER ON THE ROAD, I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG I'LL LAST!!!
I told her that she needed to hang up and call 911 NOW! I grabbed my bag and took off towards her location in the city. I tried calling her back, but no answer. After crossing the GG Bridge, I get a a call from her cel and this guy was talking to me, didn't know who he was, but he was telling me that my wife will be taken to the hospital. I asked, who he was and he told me he was a fireman who's tending to her and our son.
Luckily the hospital they took her was on the way as I was driving. I saw the ambulance drive up and into the receiving area. The door opened and the first thing I saw was my little big boy sitting calmly in his carseat right over his mommy. I was so relieved to see her awake and him not freaking out. He was a trooper. SFFD parked our minivan and one of them said, "I got it" where he unhitched the carseat with him in it and locked it in place inside the ambulance. That was so cool of him. AC told me that it took only a few minutes after the call before SFFD and the Paramedics showed up. These guys and gals are HEROES! I don't want to even think what could have happened.
Luckily, AC is doing well as well as everyone else. I thank the SFFD and Paramedics for their quick response and the work they do. Often FD and PD are taken for granted, and that they are really special people doing special work.
