Sept. 5, 2008 marks my 27 years of existence in this world. A life that was full of everything. 

 Firstly, I wanna thank God for everything he has done to me and to my family.  thanks for making a strong and the person I wanna be.. secondly i wanna thank my family for the undying support i am getting from them. eventhough i was not that "good daughter" to my mom or a "good sister" to my brothers they love and support.. my aunties, uncles and cousins. they are so many can't write them all.. thanks for the love and understanding.. to my friends locally and internationally thanks for the friendship! I love u guys so much!

 

AND THANKS TO ALL WHO GREETED ME TODAY!

 

 

me and a friend of mine went to manila. it was so funny because my friend didnot bring enough cash with him, he was thinking that the terminal fee was still the same few years ago..good thing i was there..so i lend him some cash.. with a deal. he will ask his uncle to take to the place where i stayed. he even asked me to buy him a pack of ciga.. i told him i will buy u few packs of cigar just make sure ur uncle will take me there.. heheh! and indeed his uncle did..

 

day 2.. the tail of the typhoon was in manila that time. and there was a scattered rain showers. but that didnt stop me and my friends to conquer manila.. we have individual umbrella with us..

day 3.. the day when everything needs to be done.. we did actually pretty well.. (crossed fingers and toes). hehehehe! eat dinner in of the fancy restuarants in makati.. and they had a few drinks.. well i got myself an iced tea.. heheheh.. because i am allergic to alcohol. heheh.

day 4.. my unforgettable day.. i was so excited to met with cherisse! since, she has a half day class so i did met her after lunch. indeed, she showed me around a mall since its she knows that mall very well.. and she treats me and my friends for a chocolate cake.. yummy!!! hehehe! thanks cherisse for the advance birthday party for me. and celebrating it with me! cant wait to post the pictures!

that would b all.. i missed manila. i hope to be there again.. this time with all my AND friends. and we will rock manila..right cherisse!

The festival is a celebration of life, a thanksgiving for the gifts of nature, the wealth of culture, the bounties of harvest and serenity of living.

Today, Kadayawan has transformed into a festival of festivals, with a number of spin-off festivals in the region. The festival honors Davao’s artistic, cultural and historical heritage, its past personified by the ancestral “lumads”, its people as they celebrate on the streets, and its floral industry as its representatives parade in full regalia in thanksgiving for the blessings granted on the city.. with lotsa foods and the fuit Durian is all over the place.. anybody want some durian? hahaha! =)

august 4, 2008.. my friend deedai gave birth to her handsome twins.. prematurely.. the twins were only 6 months old and weighs less than a kilo each. we prayed hard for much anticipated twins, so that God can make miracles. but august 6,2008 lunch time. ethan anton rapahel bid goodbye to us. i can express how i felt. emotions were so intense.. ethan died first, Praise God they have a pastor around to baptize him before they took him to the morgue. and i became  the God mother of ethan (because i am the only close friend around).hehehe. later that evening at around 9:25pm.. kevin john gabriel followed his brother. now the twins are together with our almighty Father.  but I thank God for giving ethan and john to us for 2 days. which made us closer to each other.. i know the twins wont be happy seeing their parents and godparents sad. but as what people around my friends told them. God has a better plan for them, and everything happens for a reason. and now we know we have angels there in heaven watching over their parents and watching over us.. i wanna show you guys picture of the twins. but since they are premature they dont have nice color and everything..
