    I am just curious, what type of rice do you usually eat? Jasmine? Long grain? Brown rice? Short grain? Basmati?

    we eat white Japonika rice. but i like to use long grain for curry and rice.

    in laws cook brown rice (Cao Mi) and normal white rice. i like sushi rice which is stained with vinegar
