So, I started this new film today where I have a few scenes with Sandler. On the break, I said to him, "Hey Sandler...I got a movie coming out this friday." He in return says, "Yeah, what's the movie?" I take a moment...look over to the production assistant and say, "Scuse me boy, please get me a coca cola with ice and a twist straw. Adam? Would you like something?" He nodded his head and I looked at the boy who scurried off to get me my coco cola. "The movie is called Finishing the Game. It's directed by Justin Lin who I think might have passed on this film am I right?" Adam nodded his head, was a little down and told me, "I tried my best to get him. I loved Better Luck Tomorrow and thought he recreated the Fast and the Furious franchise. I asked him to direct this but he never returned my calls, just had a secretary decline and say he was to busy for this popcorn shit." I pat him upon his back and consoled him. "It's cool, doesn't mean he doesn't like you. He just...well...is not a fan." I gave him a hug and he thanked me for doing the film and offered me to go back to his trailer to sleep with some hookers him and Schnieder picked up. We did such and I won't go into details for my underage readers, but point is...Sandler will be seeing this movie. (The majority of this story was fabricated from my sick mind cause all I really did was say Sandler go see my film, the rest is well....me)

  • The LA.

How is everyone? Good? Well? Good. So, I find myself walking through LA and meeting beautiful and horrible people all weekend. The Abbot Kinney Festival was great this past Sunday and music at the Swerve Festival, not band, so kudos to the bands that played. The women in Venice, fucking beautiful. To all women, I love you. Do not ever change. Women are goddesses walking the earth and when they all get that in unison, I mean really subconsciously get it, men we are fucked.  I talk to my agent before writing this blog, who has become somewhat of a friend. I can hang with this man, and from time to time, take care of his dogs. We had a discussion about life, politics and women which is pretty much how we connect and avoid "the business." My agent ladies and gents, wants to be an artist. Low and behold, he actually is a good one. Yet when I talk to him, say "man, go out, do your work, share your shit..." His response usually is something dark that will end with "you're the brave one for doing what you do." Ladies and gents...art is to be shared. If everyone on here became a doctor or a lawyer cause of their parents dreams, we'd be living in a fucked up world that is closer to the Republicans standard of Vader's "Empire." I tell my agent, live. I also tell him, get me a job.  Ok, thoughts for the day, set standards. Become great. Treat people with respect, whether they are Kings or paupers, the same. Get over the shit my dad did while growing up and learn to love him like I love everyone else. This won't get solved today, but fuck it, worth a try.

And all you should be doing is looking out for "Finishing the Game" OCT 5th when it hits NYC. Leave your homes, your kids, cats and dogs and old nanna's who need to be feed and go see the movie. (This is paid for through the Justin Lin Foundation of actors who will never work again...me.)

So, on Friday and Saturday morning, we shot scenes for Far East Movements new video and they had me dancing like a fool. Love those guys. My weekend, pretty good so far. Good people, great love and beautiful days of past, present and look forward to the future. Not sure what to add or write so as always lets shoot from the hip. I sat and watched Magnolia by PT Anderson. It was the second time I've seen it. The guy can direct. It was simply just a great film. Then I thought, how awesome if I saw this movie, and everyone in this film, was not white. Try it, watch a great film and invision it with your favorite non white actors. Not shitting on them, but...I'd personally like to see more Sung Kang talking about "the cock" and then crying over his dying fathers body. Well, thats my random thought of the day. Mous.

  • Back to the Blog

    Thursday, Sep 13, 2007 1:12AM / Standard Entry

Back to the blog people. Let's give a quick update. Since last, I have been doing a bit of travel but also focusing on some photography and writing. The world is moving and I'm moving with it.  I saw all of the FTG family last week at a party downtown and was wonderful to see old mugs I haven't seen in a bit. Life has been good. What is to come, who knows, yet, I'll stay open to it. I start production on a Adam Sandler film in OCT. Fun little role, be out next summer and will make you all laugh, promise. Auditioning. Pain in the ass. I don't like it. And the more I go out the more I don't like it. For you actors who are out there, doing it, if you have any advice on how one can liek the audiotn, please throw it my way. My thing, I don't need permission to act from anyone, so I just go out and do it. I'm not knocking the auditon process, but, I just don't like it. What else? Ohhh. Finished my new film "How to Make a Dollarbill in Brooklyn." Feels good to have completed something you put time into. Now, time to send it out  to the festivals. I'll have a link and a screening very soon so look for that in blogs to come. ok, I bid adu'. Mous
