I love marshmellow.
I got a macbook last week. my old powerbook g4 finally died on me after many times falling on the floor. It lasted me two trips to China, and had many good times with it. I now have a white laptop and a white cellphone. haha I see a theme going on here.
Well been about 5 weeks of school, man this semester is going so fast. Crash and burn. i need to stop being so lazy.
I need some new music to listen to. So happy that Lee Hom and Jay are coming out with an album soon. I pre-ordered both cd's on yes asia the other day. YAY Oct is almost here. Can't wait to check out Jay's Cd. So hot.
Need a new hairstyle. I looked at my work id badge yesterday and realized that I still have the same hairstyle. It's almost been 2 years, and i went back to having the same haircut. Boooo!

The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA) is pleased to present Half-Life of a Dream: Contemporary Chinese Art from the Logan Collection,
on view from July 10 through October 5, 2008. Organized by Jeff Kelley,
guest curator for SFMOMA, this thematic selection of approximately 50
paintings, sculptures, and installations spanning 1987 to 2007 brings
into focus an underlying subject common among Chinese artists of the
post-Mao era: their exploration of personal dream-states in relation to
the collective state dream.
Just got back from seeing the Half-life of a dream: Contemporary Chinese Art exhibit. The show was awesome. It was so cool finally being able to see all these artists works up close. I studied a lot of artists featured this past semester, so being able to go to this show and seeing this collection of work was just amazing. Two of my favorite artists are Gu Wen Da and Yue Min Jin. These two pieces weren't in the show, but really highlight what these artists are best known for. Gu Wen Da uses real human hair, and stitches it together on these big plastic sheets. The words resemble real ancient words, but are really just made up words and characters. And Yue Min Jin likes to paint these guys with big plastered on smiles which I love. Check out the show if you are in the area!
i like to wear french fries, and eat sneakers. I like to paint and write poetry. Currently,I am getting my second degree in Chinese Studies. We will see what happens next....
