2 cups peanut butter (the Reese peanut butter is the best)
3 cups powder sugar
2 sticks butter (get the real stuff, no sissy stuff!)
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 12 oz bags ch chips (i like the Hershey dark chocolate)
cookie sheets and wax paper
Mix everything except the chocolate, mix until nice and creamy
i like to put them in the freezer for a few minuets to stiffen up, this
gives me time to set up the double boiler and start my ch chips Then i
take them out and form them into balls. You want them to be small
enough to dip easy but not to small. then freeze them until they are
nice and hard ( about an hour) by then the chocolate is nice and
melted. Be careful!, you can still burn it in a double boiler. Or
atleast i can :) Now you want to take a tooth pick and dip the peanut
butter balls into the chocolate. this may take more than one time to
get the hang of. luckily this recipe makes 5 dozen! WooHoo!
