A new me is about to pop out and resurface . . . looking forward to seeing you all and catching up! My journey was a tough one and its taught me a lot . . . am still learning!!!

Two and half months non-smoker, gym and health converter, 8kgs lighter and high on life . . . now I've got to pick up the pieces from where I left off. . .

Lifes is just predictably unpredictable....hang in there soulja....We are all in this together...I really wanna lose the negative things in my life as well....my beer drinking gut..haha...but honestly,i seem to have a million and one excuses.....whats ur secret?!

Wow--8 kg in 2.5 months. That is huge! Also, doing it and quitting smoking. You must have a great trainer, and a will of steel (not to mention thighs of steel, abs of steel and buns of steel). Whatever happens in the future, this experience has taught you that you're made of some pretty tough stuff. Way to go!
