                 时间就是过的快~！转眼自己又快年轻了一岁~！嘿嘿，之前的一段时间走东，跑西的，最近刚好有节日顺便休息一段时间，好让自己放松 下，在家的时候真的感觉很好，很休闲，不过自己不知怎么还是坐不住，想出去走走，吸下新鲜的空气，我把吸收新鲜空气的地方定到了锻炼场地，哈哈，运动下来感觉之前的很多压力都没有了，全部释放出去了，每天回家都是很晚，因为喜欢所以每次都是逗留许久才回家，于是今天在家休息到网站回朋友信，和感觉下博客！今天早起忽然感觉自己不会动了，想走下床都感觉吃力，慢慢的坐起来，双手抱着自己的腿放下了床，行动迟缓，感觉全身都在痛，这就是许久没有运动所换回来的结果~！！如果是在久以前也不怎么会有这样的感觉。嗨`溜走的都是美好的时间，这样才换回了人们对时间的珍惜~！！MICHAEL
