Where do I start ? The money that the President is just handing out to each individual state as a stimulus ? the money that the banks have available for lending ? the Madoff madness ? the industriy that i work in, communications ? the space explorations ?
Whichever one ~ the money is there for the public, but it is all being horded by banks, by states, by business and put into projects that really do not make much sense, but the money is going in there. for what reason. the president has issued out trillions of dollars to the bank, the auto industry to help them restructure their companies and does not seem to be working ! Cars are just expensive as always , if not more !! The banks are supposed to be lending money out to the public to help them with mortgages, and you don't hear that this is happening. only that stocks going down then up and down and up ~ because banks will not let go of this money. oh yea ~ they do get their hands slapped for having such great bonuses for their ceos. amazing ! the state of california has no money, they have had to cut the hours of employees to make the state budget; so what happened to the stimulus that was given to them ? pretty much the same with other states, you don't hear what is happening to them; if the stimulus is helping at all. where is this money going to ? in the state I live in, citizens that paid taxes to the state were given back $500; which did seem to be working; i am seeing alot of shopping in the stores. and I am sure you have all heard of Mr. Madoff; the financial genius that managed to build a company on thousands of investors, thinking that he was the god of investing ! I am simply stupified that one little man almost got away with billions of dollars !
Oh yes ~ communications and the space industry ~ all I can say that these industries are holding their own . but i have wondered why can't the space industry stop the excess spending just for awhile; and concentrate on the tragedies, catastrophies that are happening in the world. Better yet ~ why is it that there is so much conflict in the world , what is the problem that world leaders cannot see the big picture and just say alright, we can fix this together... pride maybe.
Well ~ what ever is meant to happen in our world will happen. this world, at least I think, has gotten a bit out of control. don't get me wrong, i am not a bible thumping type of person at all; just a person with common sense who faithfully believes in karma.
Now this is too instense ! I definately need a drink right now !..

This thought just came into mind when I read about Jet Li's concept of having the One Card.
Can you just imagine what something like this would do for the economy throughout the world, not just in China. If every person that is in the workforce, just to make the effort to contribute 1 dollar, 1 pound, 1 franc, 1 mark to their own country's economy; and the money sent to where needed at the time; just as Jet's One Foundation; can you just imagine the unity and the sense of actually being one world would be. Just the thought of world cooperation is mind boggling.
Jet Li definately has definately come across a great generous comcept to help his country. Too bad other countries do not have a "Jet Li."

Today in the United States we are all voting for the President of the USA. There is so much controversy going on; especially with Obama. I am sure you have all heard that there was already an assansination plot against him that was prevented! It is so amazing that in day and age that there is so much racial issues still going on. By the way, my heritage is Apache/Hispanic, and living in Chicago. I have in my travels around the world, have had racial slurs against me and my family because the color of our olive skin. But back to voting day today. Right now Obama is ahead by poll percentages before voting day. He has been the favorite for quite some time now to win this election, and now they are saying that the states that were once for McCain are now turning towards Obama. As you all know, the USA seems to be in a huge recession, even though the government does not admit this publicly. But believe me, we certainly feel the "recession" in our pockets. So at the end of this day, voting will be done; by Friday we will have a new President; and then we will see along with the rest of the world what our future will be like in the US.

any one see the " the mummy tomb of the dragon emperor?" saw it the other night , it was great, excellant graphics.....but, there should have been more on jet li.....just a bit more.....

since I signed on, have had no time to make an entry......so much work!!! No time to take time!
try to sign on just to see what is going on in the rest of the world..... i know, i know.....I have to make time...
