WHAT IS HK Live!
HK Live! is a series of band showcase nights that feature the best
emerging and established bands of the Hong Kong music scene and a cast
of music personalities from around the world. HK Live! is supported by
media partners HK Magazine, Channel [V] and AMP .
FEATURED ARTISTS
Killer Soap
Killersoap
is a five piece band who play rock and pop rock music. The name
Killersoap is a reflection of their cultural background, blending
together the local Chinese and British colony culture. When you
translate Killer Soap into Cantonese, it means your "ultimate weapon".
Masquer
MAsquer
are formed in 2007 with Vocal Cain, Guitar D'in, Bass Mann and Drum
Gould, a local band which have built up quite a good following. The
sound is guitar-driven, solid drumming with a strong and melodic bass
line. Although MAsquer's tracks are Cantonese, there's definitely a
dash of J-Rock there.
Tai Tai Alibi
Alt-rockers
Tai Tai Alibi got together with the shared goal of creating original
music that’s moody, atmospheric, edgy and catchy at the same time.
