Contract Killer, no likey.  I am sorry, but I did not like this movie.  I did not like the story line.  The martial arts were okay.  What was Jet thininking?  The only scene I really liked was the one at the carnival when he was helping the kids.  I can honestly say not my favorite movie.  Taking a break for the evening news.

Up next is The Forbidden Kingdom.  I let you know.

    September 14, 2008

Well after the news, I was still upset with contract killer, I had to see my favorite, which is Romeo Must Die to recoopereate.  Nothing really to say about this movie.  I love Jet doing a little dance.  I really like the music video.

Kiss of the Dragon.  What I found interesting about this movie is that Jet co-wrote it.  Storyline was great, however, I wished that another actress had been chosen instead of bridget fonda.  Not really a fan of hers.  I love it when Jet put the needle in richard's neck and then proceeded to tell him how he was going to die. Just loved it.

Tai Chi Master was next.  I also like this movie.  I love that fact that these movies are being digitaly remastered.  I like Jet being crazy funny.  I love Michelle playing drunk.  I loved the way they came together in the end.  Good martial arts.

Swordmans II.  Interesting story line.  I rosemond kwan.  She is a hottie.  I wonder how she looks now?  Mybe someone should post on her.  I think this is as close to a love scene that I have seen Jet in.

War.  I had to see this movie again.  This is the first movie I saw Jet in and fell for his martial arts.  I know that Jet himself stated that this movie was crap.  It was a new director.  Maybe the storyline could have been better, Jet's skills should have been seen more, and maybe more of Jet's beliefs should have been incorporated into the assasin. Either case, I like this movie.

Now for the ultimate.  The Forbidden Kingdom.  I love this movie, it was great.  I would recommend if you can spend the extra money, get the special edition one.  I love the gag reel and all the behind the scenes in making TFK.

Well I enjoyed Jet Li Movie Weekend.

Next major project, learning to speak Chinese.  I post when I find a teacher.

    Have a great week everyone!

you must not physically or spritually study any form of martial arts,Jet wants too pursue an acting career as an martial artist,so like football teams eaither you're a diehard fan or you're not of Mr. Jet Li,as for Bridgette Fonda she played the role as good as she could at least she's not a druggie or some werd actress,i happen to like her role in this movie,Li has brought more world reconition to the chinese culture which i love as Jackie Chan and Bruse Lee,Hell! i Love the culture, you should go there some day and check it out for yourself=o-

I also didn't like Bridget Fonda in the role...too tall and dominant - not feminine and fragile enough.
