The conference room & stage was decorated simply with only a backdrop that said this year’s theme “The Christ Pursuit”. Simple but I was so drawn to it. I sat wide awake throughout the first day (36 hrs of being awake) with so much energy. I eagerly listen to talks, join in the worship prayer and just let the spirit fill me in. I always thought that I was the one doing the pursuing but the big realization I had is that our journey is possible because God pursued us first. We have different starting points and directions yet we all have the same destination. He wills us to experience that perfect union with Him.

I just want to share the message of that I have learned in the conference. The Lord ask us to:

1.     Succeed first & foremost in one thing: Faithfulness

2.     Satisfy our longings with His infinite love

3.     Secure our  intimate relationship with Him and;

4.     Serve only because of LOVE

God pursues us out of LOVE so who are we not to pursue him too. As we deepen our relationship with HIM,  we begin to see more clearly His plans for us, where He wants us to go and how He wants us to move one with our live. That being said…now my journey begins.
