Forget using leather products, MUST VEGETARIANS HAVE ONLY VEGETARIAN PETS

We've all heard the arguments about vegetarians using leather and fur products, but what about vegetarians feeding their pets meat from cans or in the dried pellets? Many vegetarians choose to be vegetarian because they don't want to benefit from the suffering of animals, by eating meat for example. It means many vegetarians love animals and keep pets.

I woke up today wondering whether there is any conflict in a vegetarian owning a carnivorous pet like dogs and cats, I mean, it's one thing to continue wearing leather shoes, belts and bags rather than throwing them out, after the damage has already been done to the animal in question.  full article
