Yesterday I had my brother's friend come over to our place to conduct an interview with me.  He's actually doing it for a school project on Life of Women in the Working Society Now and am really honoured to accept this interview except that i had to fake my age since their age target is on women who's in their thirties.  It was rather a formal interview with the voice recorder placed on the table with the list of questions.  My, oh my...I would say its really not easy to find the answers to the questions asked because it involves both men and women in different perspectives in life.  I get questions like, "do you think women are more dominant than men in today's mordern working society?"  " why do you think so?"  "in which perspective in life made you see that as a proof?"  gee...what an interview with over forty questions - it took us about half an hour or so to finish the talk.  next he will be scrutinising my daily life and taking pictures of what i do etc..  it was abit weird at first having someone follow you around, asking you what time you get up in the morning, what time you reach home from work etc..  after a while, i just allow myself to be comfortable and act like no one's around.  today i had a meeting for this coming June 15's Philippines Independance Day and for the upcoming Fashion Show event to be held at '7107 Flavours', a famous filippino restaurant here in Singapore. We have quite a few filippino celebrities flying in from the Philippines to attend and perform at the coming event.  I will be the model for the fashion parade and this year, they did something different.  We were given big white umbrellas to decorate on it with flowers and the best design will be given a prize plus all the models will be given a Certificate - FINALLY...At least some recognition in this Industry.  Hahaha...  I love being part of the Filippino life because they're always so upbeat and sporty in such organisations even helping out to whip out delicious meals after the events.  The wonderful team work I must say.  So I will be kept busy for the next of two weeks and then have the pictures posted up here.  And yes, my brother's friend did followed me to the meeting and man, he was damn lucky to see all the beautiful models; all mixed blood and we both share the same common blood and that is the filippino blood..  I have to thank my mum for making every opportunity possible for me to experience my other half of my life as a filippina.  What a great day except for a really bad stiff neck.
