Dislocated Bone

I'm at home today and it sucked missing work again.  Still got loads of pending work to be cleared from last week's absence and today I had to stay home because the whole stiff neck thingy has spread to the lower back.  I had difficulties getting out of bed this morning; actually my sleep was disrupted - woke up at 5 plus in the morning, so much earlier than my usual wake up time which is at 7:30am.  I couldnt tilt up head up or bend down.  My whole freaking body had to be straight and a little movement to the left or right would send tons of lightning strucked pains to my muscles.  Somehow, I laughed because i felt like a total retard.  Missed breakfast because I hadn't had the appetite.  Sheesh.. my boss must be cursing and swearing right now.  Anyways, I've already made my way to the Physician and was told that the intensive pain caused was because the back of my bone was slightly dislocated.  It would take a few days to heal.  I wouldn't say its an immediate cure but at least something.  It still hurts when i move but so much better than it was in the morning.
