PURE FITNESS ANNUAL PARTY 2010
Cristo got together a whole bunch of fitness instructors that teaches at PURE to perform the opening dance for the Annual Party. I got involved because Cristo asked me to help out since im a part-time staff at PURE FITNESS LANGHAM PLACE.
I was glad to help out cuz I get to know the PURE fitness team X better. In the meantime, we're preparing the group showcase which is a tango mix 60's dance, cristo and I was getting ready for our duet for the talent contest.
It was a "So You Think You Can Dance" inspired Bleeding Love dance that Cristo and I had choreographed together. (Stay tune for the video!! )
Anyways, the show of the group went really well and everyone was so happy that it went so well. Although we have bonded over the weeks and now is sad that there is no more rehearsal.
Cristo and I killed the duet and the crowd was so good that Cristo decided to whisper in my ears to do another chorus unplanned. Yes, improvise... Cristo likes doing that so if you cannot follow him.. the dance piece is gone! I really enjoy dancing with Cristo because we somewhat have the same background in dancing and that we collaborate really well! We have a good chemistry together. Anyhow, Cristo and I dance another chorus and then improvised the ending after the ending we planned. We even kissed cuz we got so into the dance!! BTW, he is GAY so its safe but couldn't believe it!!
It was such a good duet that I would love to perform it again! Cristo WE ROCK!! BTW, WE WON!! YEAH!!!
Friday at the APA Lyric Theatre. Show for the Cancer Fund Charity where Tessa and I are doing a silk dance which is about 15 Feet above ground.
I only trained intensely for last two weeks about 2-3 hours a day and one hour a day prior 3 months ago. I worked really hard to gain more strength but its still not enough.
Anyways, Aerial Arts Academy put me up to the test and to dance on the silk with Tessa. Scared that I will muck up and scared of the heights which we practiced with 8 feet ceilings and not 15 feet.
But in dress rehearsal they put us at like approximately 25 feet and Tessa and my heart was pounding like crazy... fortunately, the audience had to crane their neck so they lowered it to 15 feet. (phew) by this point tessa and I gotten use to 25 feet so 15 feet was not bad.
Secondly, they provided silk that we were not use to so it was a major mission to get up and also to get use to but we made it... didnt' muck up and improved on the silks!!!
I had a lot of fun while Cat the body painter was painting on our body! It was so cool!! That I want to hire her again for our bodysuits to be painted up.
Im trying really hard to become really good at it. I have been trying to practice everyday and Tessa my instructor/colleague is helping me out... cuz she's hardcore good and strong ahahah
For Hong Kong hopefully they will post it in China.
these are in Central, Mong Kok, Festival Walk and also TST go check it out!
This is behind the scene for Esprite Hair Salon Model for the main billboards in Hong Kong.
It was a lot of fun and the people were great!

beautiful package! Lucia is a rising star that exemplifies the contemporary
woman. With exceptional dancing skills and perceptions, Lucia has made
a change in the modern dance world, both by her own choreography and by
her teachings, and is spreading her new dance principles to Asia.
Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Lucia started dancing when she was
4, performing recitals and proceeded to prestigious concert halls in Toronto,
such as Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall. She later attended The Xing

At the tender age of 17, Lucia founded her own youth dance company, The Kaiyotes Dance Inc., while attending school. With her talented skills, she incorporated and choreographed new concepts and techniques into conventional dancing, thereby gaining her and her company numerous international awards.
Lucia continued on touring the world, winning many dance awards and eventually landing a role in theHollywood film with Antonio Banderas in “Take The Lead”.
