  PROPHECIES FOR THE YEAR 2009 AS REVEALED TO GOD'S SERVANT,
  DR. DANIEL O. C. ON 31ST DECEMBER 2008
  
  WELCOME TO THE NEW YEAR 2009!

  1.        Thus says the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY: “The shaking has begun.” 

  *         “I will shake the heaven, earth, sea and land. Everything that’s shakeable will be shaken so that things that cannot be shaken remains. 

  *          The fortresses, buttresses and security of men and nations will be shaken too but I the Lord will be the comfort, shield and protection for My people. (Hag 2:6-8 / Ps 29:8-11 / Heb 12:26-27) 

  *         My people in all these turmoils, I am the Lord and will keep My covenant with those who have maintained My covenant with them. 

  *         Therefore, fret not and quake not for My portion will be your inheritance”, says the Lord of Hosts. 

  *         “Through all these turmoils in the world of today, I am calling on My people to let My divine nature of mercy, compassion, faithfulness, longsuffering, perseverance, joy, peace, love and kindness be manifested at all times.”

   

  2.        GLOBAL ECONOMY 

  *          The world economy will continue to be in doldrums but it will not totally collapse. The winter of hardship will stay on.

  *          The economic hardship is global without any region being spared, but remedy comes only through effective prayers of the saints.

  *          When the saints pray, they move the Hand of God to action.”

  
  
  3.        TIME OF FALLING AWAY 

  *        Thus says the Lord, “The time of falling away has begun.

  *        Wickedness will increase false doctrine spreading with the denial of Christ as the only true way to God Almighty.

  *        The indirect works and activities of anti-Christ will increase in greater proportion.

  *        "Therefore My people, be on your guard, keep your watch and be on alert”, says the Lord God.
  
   

  4.         MIDDLE EAST

  *         “Violence will continue in this region. Evil men will grow worse in shedding innocent blood for their wicked course.

   

  *         Indian sub-continent countries will continue to see violence and blood bath.

   

  *         Also there will be a thick fog in the form of smoke covering the skies of Indian sub-continent countries making visibility impossible.

   

  TWO PARALLEL THREADS

   

  *         There will be a political realignment in Israel to create stability and security.

   

  *         God Almighty is the protection of Israel in the midst of all the violence at such a time like this.

   

  *         There will be also political realignment of marriage of convenience in the Arab world to accommodate popular opinion in order to be in power to antagonize God’s chosen people. But it won’t last long.

  
  5.        ASEAN

  *          The nations in this group will face devastating weather conditions of landslides, earthquakes, flooding etc.

  *          Some of these nations will continue to experience violence against humanity, kingdoms and governmental shakings and economic downslide. Royalties passing on.

   

  6.        GOVERNMENTAL SHAKING

  *         Governmental shaking and instability will continue in the former Soviet caucuses and other commonwealth independent states.

  *         Economic hardship with political upheaval and adverse weather conditions.

   

  7.        GLOBAL WEATHER WOES CONTINUE
  
  
  *        There will be heavy flooding, landslides, torrential storms hitting USA, India, South
            America, Brazil, Germany, France and Italy.

  *       Heavy snowfall in the USA, Japan, Russia, Commonwealth Independent States, European Union, Pakistan and Persia.

  *         Freezing cold with snow and storms will hit Persia – Iran, Mesopotamia – Iraq, UK, European Union, China, India sub-continent and South Africa.

  *        What I say to you I say to all: ‘Watch, give strict attention, be cautious, active and alert’, says the Lord.”

• Happy New Year!

  Happy New Year! 2009!

  A blessed, victorious New Year in Christ Jesus to all Christians!
  
  At the begining of this year:
  
  -Commit your heart to the Lord Jesus
  
  -Dedicate your life to serve the Lord with your talents
  
  -Surrender your body to the Lord to keep you away from sin
  
  -Long and Desire to be a man or woman after God's own heart
  
  -Acknowledge the Lord in all areas of your life
  
  -Know you are a child of God chosen and separated to be holy and set apart from the world and all its ways... so keep yourself in the holy way of living according to the Word of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit.
  
  Do not be lazy! Do not give yourself excuses not to pray everyday, read the Bible everyday and Go to church every week! Be faithful!
  
  If in the past years, you rather sleep,stay at home or go out for your own pleasures instead of going to Church to worship God. Let not year 2009 be the same! Be faithful for God is faithful!
  What if one day when you needed God and God says that he is lazy, how would you feel?!
  Awake Chirstians! Work out your salvation with fear and trembling!
  
  From today onwards, start reading 5 chapters of the Bible a day. Start from Genesis 1 and continue reading. You will finish reading the whole Bible by August 26. Ask yourself how many times you have completed reading the Bible, I am sure lots of Christians have not even completed once. Tell yourself to at least finish reading the Bible once every year. There are many hidden treasures in the Bible!
  
  Chirstians pray pray pray! For everytime we pray we move the hands of God! Our prayers does the things our hands cannot do! Don't forget to Pray for the lost souls!

• Jesus Is Divine

  WORD FOR THE WEEK December 24th, 2008
  
  Calvary greetings to you in the blessed name of Jesus Christ our Saviour, Amen!
  
  JESUS IS DIVINE
  
  Many people do not want to believe that Jesus is real. They refuse to accept that Jesus Christ, the King of glory left His home to be born in a manger in Bethlehem.
  
  Are you one of those who do not believe in the Lord Jesus? Look what the word of God has to say about you: “… but he who does not believe (cleave to, rely on, trust in Him) is judged already [he has already been convicted and has already received his sentence] because he has not believed in and trusted in the name of the only begotten Son of God. [He is condemned for refusing to let his trust rest in Christ’s name]” (John 3:18).
  
  Why did God send His only Son into the world? “That the world might find salvation and be made safe and sound through Him” (John 3:17).
  
  The birth of Jesus Christ! The destinies of thousands of generations including our own have been changed because of Jesus Christ! And because of Him where there should be death, we see life. Where there should have been darkness, light shines. Those who had been in bondage and captivity, have their lives set free. Where there was hopelessness and fear, there is freedom and new hope. It all depends on the place of Jesus in one’s life. Luke 2:7 says, “And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.”
  
  Does business, stress at work, extra-activities, pressure of family, hurts and wounds, painful past memories that are being re-lived, conflicts in relationships, excessive financial burdens, etc., crowd your heart this Christmas that there is no room or place this special season for the Saviour in your heart today? Is your heart so crowded with the festivities of Christmas that the reality of the person has been lost?
  
  Today look into your heart and see what the place of Jesus in your life is. Is there any place for Him at all there amidst the crowded, self-centered chaos in your life? Is He your first priority? Is He your reason for living? Is He your Saviour? Is He the Lord of your life, your decisions, your plans?
  
  Today, confess your carelessness, your wrong priorities, your indifference towards Jesus Christ and ask Him to be born in your heart.
  
  The destinies of thousands of generations including your own have been changed because of Jesus Christ.
  
  A blessed Christmas to you.
  
  Remain blessed and rapturable,
