• Leona Lewis and America's Best Dance Crew (JabbaWockeeZ)

  Hello friends...so I know this isn't so much AnD related (when are my blogs ever though?), but I just wanted to share with you all a few of my faves. I just recently heard this girl on the radio and I am SO in love with all of her music! Her name is Leona Lewis and she is the X-Factor winner (is that right? It's the UK's version of American Idol). Her voice sounds kinda like a cross between Mariah Carey and maybe...Beyonce? Well, she sounds awfully like Mariah, which is pretty damn good. I don't even think most of these popstars out right now have half as much talent as Mariah.

  And for some Asian support, the finale of America's Best Dance Crew is tomorrow night and it's down to JabbaWockeeZ and Status Quo. The two Asian teams, Kaba Modern and JabbaWockeeZ, had always been my favorite (more so Kaba Modern because the girls are just as athletic as the guys, which I think is pretty crazy...like how seeing a female breakdancer is always cool; I hope I'm not being sexist but you know, girls have certain physical limitations when compared to guys). So anyway, I was super sad when Kaba got eliminated last week (my brother brought up a good point though, the Asian votes were split between Kaba and Jabba), so now that it's down to the final challenge, I hoping that JabbaWockeeZ will be guaranteed to take the gold because needless to say, they're pretty sick(just youtube them!). I don't know if this link is only accessible to those in the US, but please vote (for JabbaWockeeZ) if you can! You have until Thursday, March 27, 10 pm ET/PT to vote!
