    Some times we are over act when some body is making you feel uncomfortable. But may be they are not as bad as you think.

    In other words, try to put their view & thinking in to your mind. You may feel the same thing as they are.

    By the way, below is the true meaning for judging.

    1     "Stop judging others, and you will not be judged. 2 For others will treat you as you treat them. Whatever measure you use in judging others, it will be used to measure how you are judged.
