Okay I am determined to start working on the project again!  I hate programming but I guess there is no way to avoid it.  Hope I can get the OLED display to run on the DE2.

The recent swing flu breakout brought fear to people all over the world.  My parents are in Hong Kong for their vacation so they are very worried since the school with the most confirmed cases is quite close to our home here in New York.  But you know, what can we do, we can just try out best to avoid it.  If things have to happen then it will happen no matter how hard you try sometimes.

We are calling admitted students these days to find out if they are deciding to attend our school or not.  Today one of the students i called, his mom picked up the phone.  She said he is very sick and that he got the swine flu because he is one of the students at St. Francis Prep! I was so shocked that it took me like few seconds before I said I am sorry to hear that.  But she said that his condition is improving and he is getting better so that's good to know.  Even though he did not choose our school, I wish him good luck and get well soon. 

This flu just have to choose a bad time to break out.  I mean, it's now the major allergy season.  You have people all over the street sniffling and eyes watering (yes that includes me) and people wonder if you are one of the swine flu victim. 

Anyway,  hope this will be over soon.  It's not a good feeling to live under this fear everyday.

Started watching TVB's The Seventh Day again...just feel like watching it all of a sudden.  The first few episodes really brings back lots of memories, especially in episode 4 where Niki write the blog.  The contents in that blog was exactly how I used to feel.  The only difference it that mine never work out like how it is in the series.  Well another major difference is that Kevin Cheng is so hot wahahaha compare to "him" who is so yeung sui lol.

The system was down again this morning! OMG!

Then the registrar in Manhattan keeps giving me a hard time! OMG OMG!  Can't they train their new people before they put them to work!

Okay enough complaints, time for some good news.  Hmm....can't think of any good news tho lol...at least tomorrow is Friday, meaning Saturday is almost here, meaning I can sleep more!! yay!

I am so scared!  My boss is going to ask the school magazine to come to my class and write an article about my class in the next issue x_x  I certainly know what I am doing in my class but...just that this semester my students seem so un-motivated (is there such a word?).  I am not sure if they like me or not and they just don't seem to have any interest in anything.  Oh well....hope it will go well la..
