In February 2007, EINSOF Marketing Group and Jrock Revolution were approached by X Japan. X Japan, Japan's most legendary band, were planning to hold their reunion concerts after 10 years of being apart on March 29th, 30th, and 31st at the Tokyo Dome.

We only had 10 days to market and set up the entire campaign, and 5 days to sell tickets, while arranging an international tour package for any fans who wanted to go to Japan but had no experience traveling there on their own.

At the end of the day, 1000 international tickets were sold, 45 of which were tour packages. We flew 6 staff over in order to facilitate the tickets and the tour, and it was an overall success -- despite the insanity that went into it.

This album captures some of my trip to Tokyo for the red carpet premiere of Catacombs, a movie YOSHIKI (X JAPAN) was the music supervisor for. He also wrote the end theme for the movie.

Krystal Yang (a.k.a \"Kuri\") is the Chief Operations Officer of EINSOF Marketing Group, as well as the Director of Marketing and Administration for Jrock Revolution.

She is also an academic who graduated from City University of New York Baruch College with a B.A. in English Literature, specializing in literary theory, postmodernism, feminism, gender and queer studies. Her literary and theoretical influences include Roland Barthes, Jacques Derrida, Monique Wittig, Michel Foucault, Judith Butler, William Faulkner, and Toni Morrison.
