From today on, I will slowly release notes from the making of my first feature film project "Soundless Wind Chime". Which will cover all the stories behind the scenes, from the first idea to the 1st secured finance, to the 1st day of shooting until the final out put. Hope it will inspired other members who are on similar path. (Kit Hung, 16.11.2008)

Kit Hung's short films were selected to more than 60 international film festivals, including Rotterdam, Belinale Talent Campus, San Fransisco, Taipei...etc. and are awarded in Hong Kong, Belgium and Italy.

Kit is currently in post-production of his first feature film "Soundless Windchime", supported by Hong Kong Art Development Council, Pure Art Foundation and Central Swiss Film Foundation.

洪榮傑 1977年生於香港。畢業於芝加哥藝術學院電影錄像及新媒體系，並曾於香港就讀設計，及於香港城市大學創意媒體系任教。其首部敘事式短片《有人》於香港獨立短片及錄像比賽贏得優異獎，其後《天使》一片贏得比利時金龍電影節之評審團特別獎，他的首部瑞士–香港製作《窗外》為他獲得意大利Turin G&L Film Festival 中的評審團特別獎。

他的影片曾獲邀參加五＋多個世界各地影展，包括荷蘭鹿特丹影展、柏林國際媒體藝術節 (Transmediale Berlin) 、柏林影展Talent Campus、加州磨坊谷影展 (Mill Valley Film Festival, CA) 及三藩市影展等等。於2003年及2004年，他更參與了柏林影展的電影新力論壇 (Berlin Talent Campus)。

於2005與黃海珊成立紅三媒體為香港的獨立電影努力，同年洪榮傑亦為港電台外判計劃「音樂峰華」任編導。其首部敍事長片將於零八年初於香港及瑞士開拍。
