I'm quit re-knowned to disappear completely off the radar once in a while.

Took a short break in Sydney and Byron Bay, escaping from the wintery cold frost of Melbourne City. Word of the day "Delightful", it was a challenged put to me by a friend, to use as much as possible. Its quit adictive after a while, you seem to fall in to a trap of using it, in a way which is un-concisiously implanted in your speech rythm.

Anyways Sydney was "Delightful", a different energy about the place compared to Melbourne. Then decided to travel up north to Byron Bay. Depending where your coming from Byron Bay is in N.S.W territory but it takes rough 25min south of Coolangata (QLD).

The place is very friendly and laid back, beaches were beautiful. Its like a hippie town to a certain extent. Spend most of my time just lounging around teh beach and whale/dolphin watching.

On a few occasions got up at 6.39am to catch the sunrise, absolute breath taking. Just strolling along the beach to Cape Byron where the light house is situated, from here you can spot whales and dolphines. Didn't want to leave, but was forced to come back to the city. Overall the getaway was "Deligtful".

A friend of mine sent me this photo recently. She found me floating in peak hour around  causeway bay....

When I saw it, the first thing that came out of my mouth was " Damm...Thats huge!!".

That was for HKIFF/ Giordano spring summer 2008. As Giordano was the main sponsor for this years HKIFF, there's a TVC as well as the poster. Used to promote HKIFF during Film Mart this year. I was told that HK was not the only place I will be laughing, apparently Giordano is taking the campaign to Singapore and china.

Red Dog Studios were the main culprit for this shot. It was so much fun shooting the TVC and the still. A big shout out to my man Timon Wehril (Red Dog). I won't mention what was actually said before he took the shot......

So I'm betting there's a lot more me floating around town. I never thought I would leave myslef behind..... Real People coming to you soon!!!

Sitting here in the freezing cold in Melbourne Australia. It had been brought to my attention that my blog entry is some what empty.....

Its great to be back in my home town apart from the weather. Melbourne is notorious for its four seasons in one day. It's very very cold. I missed HK weather hows its warming up. There's been quite a few changes around the city, things that weren't there are there now... I didn't realise how much Melbourne has changed in just a few years. its quite delightful.

Went to MCG over the weekend, to watch a footy match,  good old Aussie Rules - its a sport where a bunch of jocks run into each other with protective gear, bloody good sport - which I;ve managed to break a few bones in my earlier days.

Was at the Dockland studios on set Nicolas Cages movie "The knowing", its his second feature shooting in Melbourne, first one was "Ghost Rider".  There's loads of action and FX stuff.

Right opposite in the other studio was "Tom Hanks and Steven Spielberg's production "The Pacific", The set looked amazing there's a massive replica of a war ship. The production was wrappping up with only a few days left of shooting........
