Really enjoying it in HK, and honestly if I had it my way I would probably be happy enough to remain here indefinitely...! The thought of returning to Ireland at the end of May ain't all that appealing.... :P That's great you're gonna be in HK in July! It definitely is gonna be roasting!!! :o
Yeah the transfer fees for players are getting quite absurd these days... Well if the team(s) have the money to blow, more credit to them. Look forward to see who Pardew would bring in in the summer with the money he is supposedly promised available to him from the Carroll transfer....

I'm doing alright thanks. Currently in HK (have been here for about 5 months now) so don't get to watch as much football as I would like to, but do my best to keep up with the news and results online. Although Newcastle's performance and results haven't been blowing me away, I'm glad we are more or less considered safe from the drop this season. The amount of injuries doesn't help, but I'm sure things will pick up for next season. Sad to see Andy Carroll go, but for 35 million, all things considered it's probably good business done on Toons part.
