    昨日路過三藩市華埠﹐吃了一碗雲吞麵﹐難吃...

    在三藩市想吃到好吃的雲吞麵很難﹐至今未有機會。昨天吃的那間麵店﹐以雲吞麵作招徠﹐但麵不爽口彈牙﹐雲吞無蝦(或者蝦太細﹐感受不到)﹐讓人失望。近5美元的價錢一碗﹐很難想象為什麼仍能客似雲來。

    想來即使在香港﹐要吃一碗好麵也不易。記得小時候常常到佐敦道附近的一些麵鋪吃麵﹐感覺不錯。可是去年回港再吃﹐只覺水準大跌。是我要求太高﹐還是廚藝失傳﹐我不知道。

    好麵難求﹐更何況是理想?

    in HK most random noodle places in MK, prince edward etc are good.
    in US/bay area, there is almost none.
    the best wonton i ate was at fremont dai ga lok, that's it. all others suck.

    ok, arm arm 幫你問了我呀爸，他話，有，在太子地鐵站，有旺角警署，付近有油站，大約在花園街咗近，有間叫「天天見面」，大約14元港幣一碗，他說幾好的。
