Ontem fomos treinar na UNIFOR(universidade de Fortaleza)eu,Fabioe o chupa Foice .. como o chupa foice foi então aconteceu que rimos mais que treinamos.... mais foi proveitoso pra caramba.... fizemos alguns videos inclusive com as coisas loucas do "chupa" o meu changquan e jianshu o daoshu e gunshu dele. Se tudo der certo vou melhorar os videos e posto as coisas.

Yesterday we train in UNIFOR (University of Fortaleza) I Fabio and the chupa foice .. Chupa as sickle happened was that laugh more than train .... More useful was looking pretty ....
