    It  was  a Macrobiotic Day today.　今日は一日、何てマクロビな日だったんでしょうか（笑）

    Bridge Approachというストリートを真っ直ぐ行くと・・・

    本当に橋がありました。しかもカラフル・・・

    その近くにある、ロンドンのマクロビレストランに行ってきました。

    This is the lunch menu today...

    All the staff here are my friends.  ここで働いているみんなは全員お友達です。

    僕たちが頂いたのは、ランチセット・・・the main dish is Tofu-burg...

    その後は、ヤンノー（穀物）コーヒーとヤンノーケーキで〆め！This is not an ordinary cappuccino, it's a yannoh coffee, which is made by grain.

    楽しい午後のひと時の後は、夜もマクロビ（笑）And at the evening, I was invited to a house which has a Kotatsu heater - a Japanese traditional heating furniture...

    ロンドンでこたつのあるお家にお呼ばれしました。懐かしいーー！冬はやっぱこれがあると暖かいですね。

    そんな中、キッチンでは一生懸命作ってくれています・・・

    ほら、2種類の玄米ご飯 two different types of brown rice

    活き活きした野菜たち

    さあ、みんなで「いただきまーす。」

    今度はまた11月にやりましょう！The next time will be someday in November :-)
