Most often when you hear the phrase "singer/songwriter," one thinks of a soulful, emotional and independent artist expressing themselves on the acoustic guitar or piano in coffee shops or small clubs. JANNA, on the other hand, is a different kind of singer/songwriter.

JANNA was classically trained to play the piano and sung in church choirs since she was 5 years old, however, JANNA decided to pursue a different musical pursuit after she fell in love with rock n' roll. At 16 years old, she taught herself to play the guitar and starting writing her first songs developing her sound to one that has been compared to Jewel, KT Tunstall and Alanis Morrissette.
