well, of course if you already know about the ac project then you know what she's talking about.

my point is that everyone who is blogging here is communicating to other people. if you're just gonna talk to your friends about inside things, what's the point of blogging here?

i find that really irritating b/c that's sandra's issue in general, not just here. the difference between being good and being great might be just a teeny bit more "EQ" and it would be a shame not to waste talent like hers...

(sorry to get annoyed, you're probably one of the only friends of hers that I talk to right now)

Hiya Hao,

Yup you know about it more than my sis. I think we haven't been in touch for a while, but I tend not to talk about my projects with her unless I need her help, and this one is still primordial. I also invited Yori just now via email as you suggested. Thanks. It was not so much Yori's idea as it was mine, but she's been giving me a lot of feedback and great suggestions.

I know what you mean, jijigugu. It does come down to families. That's why it's so easy to believe that people will do just about anything to keep their family in power. Which scares the crap out of me. I guess it's just a question of where people's limits are. It's easy to be naive about that as a kid at school and at work...

Actually maya had this stereoscopic plugin since I was using it, according to Eric Hanson, and his book about killer tips, but I never got it to work. I looked online for help and it just seemed easier to use two cameras and play with the distance between them and then composite them with Images3d by Gunter Richter http://home.cogeco.ca/~grichter1/

hello hao gu, i think it would be cute if you got in on it and started changing your portraits every day too (: you're right, not many guys do it unless they're purposely making funny faces. i want to make funny faces but i feel more self-conscious to do that on an asian site b/c my mother will say i am "sambat." (or san ba, i think, in mandarin). Thanks for saying, "sensational," for this picture, but i wonder in what way do you think. Also, how did you know I'm waiting for something? I'm a fox in a wheat field.

i just got a new camera battery after my last one died, so i'm going OCD with taking pics of myself again. heh heh. i did that a lot when i first got on this site, just kept changing the pic every day. i know, it's vain and silly. i'm just bored.

hey! you took away your pictures. why?
you're definitely an artist. you have your own style and you have completed good works. i know what you mean. though maybe filmmakers and writers are still called "craftsmen" more than artists, either way, sometimes you just have to decide to keep doing something. me, i'm lazy to do anything. when i have to complete it or show people, i feel less inspired. btw, if you put up some more work, i will to mention you to pat to make you a featured artist. it's just another thing to keep you going.

Yeah, usually during a holiday break I'll watch an entire season of a tv show on dvd's. Probably next holiday season I'll do The Wire. It seems like many people have no tv these days - just a computer haha.
