we always miss the time we were in school with our classmates..... when I was still in Da Lian, I always went back to my college, but there was no dormitory for me , no friends I knew, the feeling is really so lonely and sad...

I'm bragging, I know, but today is 4 weeks off the ciggys.  Sometimes it really KILLS me I want one so badly.  But it passes.  Until the next time.  I guess what I've discovered is that there are certain life events which trigger a craving.  So now, when that happens, I just eat something!  Uh oh, that could be a problem too.  

I was trying to quit, then I got sick, and it was a perfect time.  Seize the next opportunity you have to quit Jetliang.  You don't have to smoke just because JET does, lol.
