Lots of good guesses but nobody got it right! The picture was of Shoulder Strike Energy, or Kao (靠). This is a more advanced concept from Level 2, and is very effective in close range when executed properly. Here’s a partial clip of the applications lesson: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oa3GIGifdQM
