  • Food For Thought For The Year Ahead...

    Hi Everyone!

    I know it's been a few months since I've written anything here in my AnD blog... the 2nd half of 2009 caught me by surprise and was busier than usual... things at work picked up as things started to look up in economic terms for everyone in general.

    I'm in a festive mood right now, having just celebrated Christmas a few times with my family and friends, and of course, more celebrations to come as New Year's Eve approaches.

    Here's something to think about though, as we leave 2009 behind us and are about to move forward into 2010... this is something that may be worth doing from time to time over the course of the year.

    I first saw this quote when I woke up this morning, it was written in a friend's status update, and I thought it was worth sharing:

    "If you want to know
    where your heart is,
    look where your mind goes
    when it wanders..."

    So let's just do this very simple thing and take note of where our minds tend to wander to... there, we will find what or who is truly in our hearts

    BTW, I went to bed early last night and woke up earlier than usual this morning, and I realised just how cool and peaceful these early morning hours are... it's so serene before the sun comes up... so healthy for the mind and spirit... what a great way to start my day!

    Maybe I'll join the "Breakfast Club" too in 2010 and get to enjoy more of these peaceful serene early morning hours in the year ahead, eh??

    For one thing, I hope to be blogging more often in year ahead... so what else am I hoping for in 2010??

    Perhaps if you stick with me thru'out the year, you'll find out... hehe!
