Hi All, Sorry for the long silence - I'm just getting used to this blogging thing. Well - Magic Box finished well - full houses for 12 performances which is pretty good for Singapore. Audiences generally had a good time -the magic was entertaining - even I continued to be thrilled by some of the tricks. The fact that I got to take part in two illusions was a pretty cool thing - I thought. It's a whole new and fascinating world - the world of magic and I've always been drawn to it. I'm glad to have the opportunity to dabble in it. Well it wasn't too much of a break before I was on a plane - the new A380 - to Beijing. I'm now a roving reporter - sending back stories to Singapore about their Olympic team. The best part of it is that I got a ticket to the opening ceremony last night. Just incredible!! One of the greatest shows on earth - and I get paid to go!

Lucky you!  have any pictures to post?
I watched with others here in the Shout Box. It was awe inspiring event and I was glad to share with my friends on AnD. The Footprints were in my opinion the best. Witnessing the unity of all the people was beautiful thing to watch.  The lighting of the torch was spectactular as well.
    Take care
    Deb
