Too bad! The branches of my favorite cheap but good Chinese restaurants have closed one after another.
鬚張魯肉飯(shibuya branch), 潘街粥麺専家(jinbocho branch), Hong Kong Roji (Shibuya-udagawacho branch) ...... I should find other restaurants not only for having chinese lunch but also for listening to chinese new songs. Definitely I can't live without Chinese food!!!!
One night I was dying to eat shao-mai heartily. So decided to make it at home and got the simplest recipe on the Internet. OK. lets make shao-mai for my first time!!!!
Ingredients: ground pork(300g), shrimp(100g),canned scallop(about 50g),a piece ginger,a piece of long green onion,soy sauce(2 tea spoon),sugar(2 tea spoon),wrapping shaomai dough(30).

chop vegetables and shrimp finely.
add soy sauce and sugar, then mix it well. As I kneaded strongly, turned my palm red.
wrap it in thin wrapping of dough, steam for 15 minutes. I got that red miton from HK design center. love it. hope it brings double happiness to you all!

hehehe... Well done for the first time? They were little crushed but i can say YUMMY!!! Dear my friends, i appreciate you if you let me know your genuin recipes or any suggestion. Thanks in advance.(but only simple recipe please!!!!)
BTW have you ever seen this pan?

Actually it is a pan to make an omlet in layers. As I am not a good omlets cooker, made it with only three thick layers.

I put Katsuo bushi(dried bonito), chopped leek, Dashi(bonito soup stock), soy sauce in egg.

Topping Katsuo bushi, garnish with grated radish. The simplist Japanese dish. Don't you see its color whitish? hehe. i added 2 egg whites, the leftovers from last night's supper,"Natto Kimchi spaghetti". hmm. my appetite has surely increased in 食欲の秋
