Keeping with the topic of candies. What about tic tac? I remember I LOVED the ORANGE tic tac! I still remember my brother and I used to "fight" over the candy. HAHA!!! but I didn't like the other tic tac flavors, only the ORANGE one.
I haven't had the ORANGE tic tac in a long time. I wonder if I would still love it as much as I did. Maybe I gotta be on the lookout for it this weekend if we go shopping.
Over the weekend I saw a [PEZ] candy display in the supermarket. Haven't had PEZ in a loooooooooooooooong time. So I decided to buy one. I wanted to get Po from Kung Fu Panda, but after looking thru it all, I couldn't find one. So I picked out Chicken Little! But I didn't really care for the candy flavors that it came with: Cherry, Raspberry, and ORANGE! (I only liked the ORANGE flavor, of course) But I didn't want the other characters, so...
I finally opened it two days ago and put in the Cherry flavor first. (I'm the person that likes to save the best for last) I ate one and *ACK* it was horrible... now I don't know if I should just eat it anyway or toss it out (that's a waste though)... err...
Last night I was in a meeting with the local bowling association. And we're planning our invitation tournament in December. Lots of cool and exciting stuff will happen this year. I'm excited!!
Aside from the "business matters" we started to plan ahead for upcoming bowling tournaments. I'm definitely a "plan ahead" person. But at times it's hard to plan ahead because we don't know what else will be coming our way. Well, I guess whatever plans are made now, I will have to plan other things to work around that "schedule"
I had thoughts of going to HK next May and stay till my mom joins me there in June and we'll fly back home together. But after yesterday's meeting, I guess this plan of going to HK in May will not happen. The Women's National Bowling Tournament will be held at the National Bowling Stadium next year and I really really want to bowl there. And the plans right now is that we will be bowling the last week of May. I guess I can't have everything.
There's quite a few tournaments lined up already; I think at least one tournament each month from now on until probably June '09 Gotta keep practicing!

Last night after bowling we went to IHOP (International House of Pancakes) for a quick
bite. Well, it sure wasn't quick, that's for sure! We were seated;
after about 10 minutes our waitress finally took our order. About
another 10 minutes, she brought out the drinks. 10 minutes later, she
came over and said our food will be out shortly. Well, 30 minutes later
we still didn't get our food. The table behind us sat there for 20
minutes unattended.
So what did we do? We decided to leave. It
was ridiculous. When the waitress saw us get up, she was shocked and
scared. We told her, We're walking out!
and she had the "oh shit" face... that was 50 minutes wasted!! (we told
the table behind us that they should just forget about it too ) and I was craving for that darn swiss cheese, bacon & mushroom omelete!
