    自从有了做艺人的想法以来，一直想尝试去拍个属于自己的电影作品，看看自己到底适不适合做演员。也很想看看自己的脸在16：9的宽屏上是什么样子的。所以 在我入关封闭训练前，用了很短的时间，拍摄了我人生第一部短片作品。而且自己做了自己的“制片人”！！！ :-) haha ...
当然“制片人”不是那么好当的，真的把我累坏了。从短片的筹备，改剧本，道具，试验，到正式拍摄结束，一共只花了三天的时间。不但要协调好各个方面的关 系，搞定场地，租赁设备，准备道具，找化妆师...等等，最重要的是同时我还要揣摩我的角色，演好我的第一部作品。筹备期间，我整整两天两夜没有睡 觉...真的累死了！但是我觉得累并快乐着，因为我觉得通过这次拍摄，真的让我学习到了很多东西。非常锻炼人！

  There are something that i always wanted to try . is to see what my face looks like on the 16:9 movie screen . so a few days ago i just did my first short film project of my life ... I was the "producer" :-) haha ...
but as a "producer" for my own stuff,i got really tired from the project .cause i also had to do acting at the same time !!! which is sucks!!! from the script writting till the shoting done.we spent only 3 days to finished it .before the real shot, i didn't sleep for two days. SOOOOOO Tired !!! but which made feel happy is that i really learnt a lot about action film from this project . very good experience ...

The competition wasn't very good for me . but i felt so happy to met those good friends from AnD.Litong  Robert Vicencio  mio  Quinn Johnson  Jea we hang out at the KTV.had great fun together... thank you all for coming !!!
There One more thing made me felt so happy about. i was admited as a prentice(student) by Litong and Robert !!! haha ... i will study really hard. see u soon in BJ ShiFu !!!

      比赛前的伤病让我很是头疼。一直在考虑我要不要上去比赛。最后还是挺着腰伤，把比赛完成了。从技术角度说，我这次发挥的很一般。但是总之值得庆幸的是我没有因为伤病造成什么动作失误。说心里话，这个比赛令我很意外，真的没有想到我会再次拿到冠军。十分幸运。我真的很高兴！当然，这个冠军的背后绝对不是我一个人的功劳。这块沉甸甸的金牌凝聚了我们全体北京武术队的努力。在这里我想感谢我的教练卢金明、领队崔亚辉，还有我的队友以及所有好朋友们对我一直以来的支持与帮助！谢谢你们，如果没有你们，就没有我的今天！！！

    我已经从台湾回到中国，前一段时间实在是太忙了。整个人被累的整整瘦了一圈！因为忙于台湾访问表演的事，一直没有时间去写博客，在这里想把一些来自今年冠军赛的一些照片放在这里与大家分享。希望大家能够喜欢，并与我共同回顾一下那段快乐时光！：）

   Before the competition i was really sad about my injury of my back.the whole time i was thinking about its that can endured the pain of my back.i went to the wushu carpet with so much painfull actully.i was really confidence less.but i was really lucky . and i didn't make any mistake.Buddha bless me. i won again !!! i was so happy ...but behind the flashy gold it wasn't only my effort . so i really wanna say thanks to my coach"Lu jinming",team manager"Cui yahui" my mom. and all those good friends and fans always got my back and support me as well !!! i wanna tell u that i love you all ... i can't make it without ur help !!!!

   I am already got back from Taiwan.it was been super busy since i got there , i can only sleep for 4 hours a day . most of the time we stayed in the Bus to go to different places.so i didn't have much time to write anything on the site !!! now , i put up all those pictures i got from last competition in Xi'an.I'v always like to share my pics and my life with u !!! i hope u will like it ... :-)

       一个阳光明媚的周末，我和我的一个美国的好哥哥去了北京的798艺术园。（他也在我们的网站上，而且他是个专业的摄影师，从事摄影工作已经有20多年了哦！）说实话，来了北京这么久了，这还是我第一次去798早就听朋友说过那里，知道去了以后才发现，那里果然是个外景拍摄的天堂，也是北京艺术工作者的“老窝”！充满了浓厚的艺术氛围，我很喜欢那里！喜欢艺术的朋友，如果你有时间来北京，请一定到那去！这次去798，克里斯做了我的导游，呵呵！他说：“吴迪，亏你也住在北京，我来北京了，还让我给你当导游。呵呵...”）确实啊！我们平时的训练实在太忙了，真没有什么时间去北京的各个景点游览。希望我退役以后能够真正的享受一下北京城的魅力！

     这里就是我们在北京798艺术园拍摄一些新的外景照片，我们拍了，好多照片。我挑了一些我喜欢的放在我的博客里，他也挑了一些他喜欢的放在了他的博客里（没有修改过的）。在这里我想感谢好哥哥：克雷斯 雷，谢谢你帮我拍了这么多的照片，让自恋的Adi又得到了自尊心的满足，哈哈！！！ 行了废话少说，还是看照片吧！希望大家能够喜欢...

Its a beautiful afternoon, me and my good friend Chris Lay (a professional photographer on alive not dead) went to the 798 park of art. To tell the truth ive been in Beijing for 7 years but ive never been to this place. When I got there i felt that it was an ideal location for outdoor photography, as well as an artists paradise. i realy liked that place a lot, if any of you are art admirers you should visit this place in beijing. chris sarcasticaly commented how he's  only been in beijing for a short while, but he's showing me all the good locations. he had a good point, because ive always been so busy with training and competitions that ive never really seen all of beijing. so hopefully i can take some time off from practice and do some sight seeing and enjoy beijing.

so here are the pictures i got from 798 park of art. we got so many pictures, and he chose the  pictures that he liked and put them up on his blog, here are the ones that i also like. i realy would like to extend my gratitude to chris lay for taking these pictures for me. i hope that you will enjoy them as well. thanks!!!

    Her name is Reina( A good friend Chris' daughter ), such a lovely girl !!! Honestly i dont really like kids at all :-) but somehow , i just really like Reina very much when the first time i met her .i dont know why ... i think she just so cute !!! and she is so smart !!! she really knows how to do poses in front of the Cameras ... haha !!! Guess AnD will need to consider adding her as an artist as everyone was taking photos of her and she was working the poses. so there we go , the youngest girl model on AnD !!! REINA !!!

     她的名字叫Reina（瑞娜），多么可爱的小女孩啊！！！（我一个好朋友 Chris 的小女儿）说实话，我这个人不怎么喜欢小孩，但是我也不知道怎么了，当我第一次见到这个小女孩的时候，我就莫名的很喜欢她，她真的很可爱，而且很聪明。我跟他爸爸说，应该让她成为一个幼儿的小模特！我想我们的AnD老板应该考虑一下，能不能给小Reina也做一个模特的艺人官方空间，呵呵！！！她太可爱了，你喜欢她吗？？？

    I just realized that i had so many albums of pictures on my profile so I deleted some of them this morning ...just wanna save some space of my page , hehe !!! and only keep the good ones !  I deleted the "stupid" ones ...that i dont really like !!!

Mark moran !!! a great man and also a very important man of my life ...like my 2nd "mom" !  I was really happy that mark came to Beijing again ... I haven't see him since last time we went back to my back to my hometown in the winter of 2007 . i really do missed him a lot !!! 

We went to "Hard rocks" for dinner,after that , we went to the KTV of "Qiangui" at Chaoyang men wai.we had some really good time from that night . i showed him some new songs that i'v been practiced on. hehe ... And that night is also my best friend Liyan's birthday . so i went to another party after hanging out with mark .i was kind tired ... but i was really enjoyed!!! had so much fun with all my good friends !!! hope i can see u again soon mark ... hopefully i can take some time out and go visit u in HK this year ... please take care my friend !!!

马克，我的好哥哥。一个在我人生中很重要的男人。我很高兴，前两天有在北京见到他了。自从上次从我家回到北京分开后，一转眼就是九个月，真的感觉有点想他了...

这次他来北京只停留短短的一个周末的时间，我们在周六的晚上去了“Hard rocks"吃饭。之后去了朝阳门外的钱柜唱歌，他真的是个很好的歌手。不应该去做网站，如果他去做了歌手，没准早就红了，哈哈！！！我也没示弱，那天特唱歌好多他从来都没有听过的我唱的歌，他还夸了我，说我进步了，呵呵。。。那天晚上把我忙坏了，因为那天不但是他来北京，同时，那天也是我的好哥们李岩的生日！我们唱完歌以后我有去了李岩的生日派对。虽然感觉有点累，但是我很开心，因为毕竟能跟自己好兄弟好朋友能够在一起的机会不是特别多！希望你们都能过的越来越好！！！也希望在今年，我还能够有机会去香港看马克！！！请保重我的朋友。。。

 returned to my home town, Liaoning. I was really excited becuase it was my  first time performing in my hometown with the Beijing wushu team. We performed at the opening celebration of a cross county auto race.

我再次回到了我的家乡辽宁朝阳。但是这次我带回了我们北京武术队男子一线的全部队员。这次北京武术队之行主要是为了“中蒙俄国际汽车拉力大赛”的开幕式进行武术表演。我很激动，这是我第一次带着我们北京武术队回到了我的家乡表演。可以说这也是北京队第一次来到东北地区的大型演出。

Its been 10 more years since i first started practice chinese wushu(martial art).10 years !!!  I'v been waitting for this so long !!! finally i got this spear champion from the 2008 chinese wushu nationals competition in Guangxi nanning.

10岁开始练武术的我，已经整整等了10年了！！！在北京武术队的领导和教练的教导与帮助下，我终于拿到了第一个全国武术冠军！多年的梦想终于变成了现实，我等着一天等的太久了！为了这个金牌，我付出的太多了，多年的奋斗，不知流了多少血，多少汗，多少泪。。。不管怎么样，我努力了，并且我是幸运的。老天真的给了我机会。让我站在了最高领奖台上！！！
