... stupid tall serving of Toffee Nut Latte is still forcing me to wake up - so I just have to blog before retiring to my humble abode.
Anyway, yesterday I was doing some council work when the English Club President asked me to step out of the office for some time... and asked me if I could audition for "Mascara". Since it's an opportunity that should never be missed, I submitted to it - amidst the fact that I was beyond un-preparedness plus the fact that I haven't been doing theatre productions since 2007.
But through it all, I still can't believe how I got by that audition!~
I was the only applicant when I came to the screening area, and I ended up acting adlib lines along the way. And for a finale, I was asked to sing... so I sang "Every Story Is A Love Story" from the Broadway musical 'Aida'.
Now how's that for a shotgun audition, eh?

Waking up to this scenery seems spanktabulous, don't you think?
