    The essence of this saying is that when one chooses to protect oneself, he must do so using only the minimum amount of force and severity necessary to achieve that goal. Do not impose your will on others. Respect for others is the first rule in life and in the martial arts.

    So, that's just such an awesome pic..If I have kids, (hapa hopefully or adopted) I want them to try my sports - short track speedskating/figure skating, and martial arts..
