When i am in bad temptation,i cannot do anything
except damage myself-bit the rough bark with my
bear fists.
However,i know,it is wrong
to do that.Thaks you for telling us about Jaeson
Ma.the song LOVE have shaken me and moved me.
Now i realize that when i get down,i should take
my temptation to god in prayer.year,i find a
way to get me peace,that is god.i cannot get bad
to take drugs,because i have dream!And i must
keep my senses!

其实我是个很不懂的节约的人，更不用说做环保的事情。很庆幸的是，我有缘分认识到环保让人心灵更美好，让生活更丰富、更加充实。关心身边的事物，赋予博大的爱与世界。一个人并非独立体，回报是理所当然。
但是为了环保也并不一定要做得很操劳。从身边的小事情做起即可。但要很勤奋。
比如像阿祖哥哥那样，每次洗澡都先放盆凉水再等热水来的节水做法，就是环保小细节。而且这样节水又节能。
家里的电冰箱所释放的热能和家里煮菜是锅里散发的热能也可以节省下来！（如图）这样做，夏天可以用加热的水洗澡
