Hey folks, first of all its been such a long time since visiting this site and second of all, apologies for not sticking to my word of regular updates.

Anyway I thought it was time to add an entry. From the previous entry, a lot has happend. I have been on vacation and back, travelling to HK, Taiwan, Tokyo, Macau and back to bonnie Scotland. I had an awesome time out in those countries, opening up my eyes to different cultures and ways of living. To be honest if I had the choice of choosing a place to settle down id def choose the bustling ways of HK. Everything is so convenient and at your finger tips compared to the UK. Everything is so cheap too,lol. I could possibly buy breakfast, lunch and dinner for less than a meal within the UK.

Octopus card- how good are these little guys. Although not a newly added addition to the wallets and purses of the HK public, these little cards work everywhere. Forgot to withdraw cash from the ATM, dont worry il jsut use my Octopus card, how class is that. I wish these could be adapted within the UK system but its never gona happen any time soon.

Anyway i think it will take me forever to highlight all the great times I had on my travels so instead I have uploaded some of my photos taken. Heres a few from my collection.

I'm finally in HK, wooop wooop!!!! first night so far has been awesome. A lot has changed since I was last here 4 years ago. Everyone seems to be such busy bees. For my first evening in HK I went to Grappa's Cellar in Central for a music gig. The band that I went to see were Audiotraffic with Helter Skelter supporting. Openining the night was Helter Skelter, although I had not heard any of their material, I did find their set enjoyable with the band having good interaction with the audience.

btw having been to gigs and music festivals before i did find the HK audience to be somewhat conservative. normally im one to get up and stand near the front of the stage but this did not happen tonight. the crowd did become more involved towards the end of teh evening tho when Adrian from Audiotraffic started giving out free T-shirts,lol.

Overall Audiotraffic's performance was one not too forget, in a good way of course.lol. made my day. I'd love to go watch them perform again in the future. I totally loved tall their material but the finishing song where they played a cover song from the Sting and the Police: Message In a Bottle was something i didnt expect.

thumbs up to Audiotraffic and Helter Skelter and I hope this night is the beginning of a great 7 week vacation.

ive not been active on AnD for a while so thought an update was required.

For all those football fans out there, Euro 2008 opened up it's remaining competition yesterday in Austria and Switzerland, woop woop. Although my home country has been knocked out I did manage to gather a few pennies together and scrounge a ticket for one of the quarter final games. So I shall be jet setting off to Austria Vienna in 10 days to watch most possibly Germany play against the runner up of group A, ( woop woop once again,swinging arms in the air like a crazed fool). Anyway if you happen to be tuned into that game on tv look out for me, il be sitting quite near the front with 2 other asians,lol.

My money is on France to win the competition. whats everyone elses predictions?

finally finished univesrity....no more work!! wooohooo!!!! just need to put on an oversized gown, collect a scrolled certificate and thats me.

Hola peeps,

not really got my head around the whole blog idea but as Uni is coming to an end, why not start one. And wheres a better place to hold a blog, with entertaining articles to read, upto date info on artists that i admire and enjoy is on here , AnD.

As it stands, im counting down the days until my graduation, only got a few days left until my course is officially over and it feels good. Although no regrets, Uni feels like a drag and I think iv reached the stage in my life where a change has been longly awaited.

anyway got one final hurdle to leap over. got my final presentation which I need to prepare for.
